Personal Care with Dignity

Happy Valley Home Care provide a wide range of services from personal care, toileting, medication administration, food preparation to escorted visits for appointments, shopping and pet care in and around Bollington, Prestbury, Adlington, Pott Shrigley, Tytherington Links and Kerridge, Cheshire

Our dedicated Client Support coordinator will meet with you to put together your personal care plan for Home Care. Risk assessments are carried out and paperwork is signed & in place before your care starts, giving you added peace of mind that all your requirements are documented and met by our staff.

We provide only experienced and skilled carers who are caring and understand our client’s need for dignity. Our friendly staff will ensure that trust, empathy and compassion are developed with your loved one, helping us to provide the care they need.

Our management team has the skills and knowledge to effectively support our Support Workers to ensure that all out Customers receive the best possible care and support. All of our management team hold qualifications in both Care and Management have a wealth of local knowledge and are friendly & approachable whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Support Staff are provided with on-going training and support, including completion of the Care Certificate and access to formal qualifications in Care and are all DBS checked & approved.

To provide a pop in service to check wellbeing or prompt medication.

Meal Preparation

From a full meal preparation to assisting with meal prompts to eat.

Domestic & Laundry

All kinds of domestic duties; hoovering, dusting, mopping, laundry and ironing.

Sitting Service

Providing care thought the day to provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation and medication.

Practical Care Services

Practical Care is committed to providing an outstanding quality of care for our service users.

We aim to enable our service users to continue to live independently in their own home.

Shopping Calls

To take the service user along to the shops, or to do their shopping for them.

Escorted Visits: Hospital, Doctor & Dentist Appointments

Escorted Visits making life easier and less stressful for the service user going to hospital or other visits.

Visiting Clients in Hospital

Making service users happy and feeling supported there not alone and with our support will make stay in hospital less stressful.

Companionship

To help service users with everyday chores during the day to take them on visits to garden centres ECT or just sit and have a chat or watch the TV.

Post or Pre-Treatment Care at Home

Making the post of or pre treatment easier to deal with when returning home after their operation.

Pet Care

We provide dog walking and feeding of animals the service user owns.

Palliative Care

We provide compassionate professional supportive service and work alongside District Nurses and other professionals.
